What is Shō
We are an arts hub based in Windsor Ontario that gathers together artists dedicated to the interplay of art, spirit and performance. Our interactive multi-disciplinary approach welcomes all creatives, be they poets, writers, painters, jewellers, fibre artists extraordinaire, musicians, actors and civic minded cyclists! Allowing each to innovate, collaborate and produce/
present art across all borders. We recognize how valuable arts facilities like Shō are to the functioning of a healthy community.
Located in Walkerville, Shō is the place that nurtures and celebrates Windsor’s richly diverse creative arts community. We are dedicated to providing a facility with resources that permits creatives to experiment, play and stretch to their fullest artistic expression. We are energized by the burgeoning creative scene presently happening in Windsor and Shō is wholeheartedly engaged in envisioning the future of Windsor and region.
